Where is pick-up?
Pick-up is located across from Simmons Bowers Park (5208 S 86th St, Tampa Florida 33619). The exact address will be provided at time of pick-up. We’re conveniently located at a corner where Tampa, Riverview, and Brandon addresses all meet.
We will always help you load the items, however we are not responsible for any damage during or after the loading process. Once the items leave our shop we are no longer responsible for any item related damages - all sales are final.
What is your shipping / delivery policy?
We currently offer flat-rate shipping within the U.S. for small decor pieces. We also offer the option of shipping all of our items through UShip. If you're interested in having a large furniture item shipped please contact us through our contact form. We do offer delivery within 40 miles of the Tampa, FL area for a fee. All pieces are available for free pick-up at our shop location.
Are your pieces new?
The furniture we work on is not brand new. Our reclaimed furniture range from antique pieces all the way to fairly new and only gently used. Given that the items are pre-owned, we recommend thoroughly inspecting each piece before purchase. Knicks, dents, and wear are to be expected.
Our decor pieces are either pre-owned or built from recycled materials. The origin of each item is always included in its description.
Is the furniture sealed?
YES! Every item has been sealed. Depending on the finish and color of a piece different sealers and top-coats are used, but every item does have a protective finish.
Do you complete custom paint jobs?
We do! If you have a piece of furniture currently that you would like re-done please send us a message on our contact page for a quote or book an appointment. We can accommodate almost any color and finish! We do not however, repair or build furniture. We only purchase/resell and work on pieces that are in good working order.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept a variety of payment methods. We want to be able to accommodate everyone at every budget. Through our website we accept debit/credit cards as well as PyaPal. In person we accept exact cash, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, PayPal Me, and Debit/Credit cards.
All items are final sale - no exceptions.
Coop Designs LLC does not take responsibility for any damages to, in relation to, or caused by furniture we have worked on or sold.
All of our items are sealed, but do require care when using. We do not recommend using cleaning products on any painted furniture. Touch up paint is available at no additional charge. We are not responsible for any damage / chipping / staining / pealing to any furniture after pick-up or delivery.
